How we used Launchpad to create a resource center

Flows don’t always need to be a one and done interaction. Know that Help menu in Appcues on the bottom left? You might have used it to start a tour or contact our Support team. That menu is powered by Launchpad. I’ll walk through how we customized Launchpad to fit seamlessly into our navigation and reduce clutter with just a splash of engineering work.
